What you buy

A Beginner or Pro key is a personal, non-transferable licence to use yourfinance on the computers you own, with updates for the 1.x series (the first 100 Pro buyers receive updates for as long as the product exists). The demo is free for anyone, without time limit. The software is provided as-is; the full licence text ships with the application.

Refunds and withdrawal

Checkout is handled by [F3: Polar] as merchant of record, which manages payment, taxes and refunds. If the application does not do what this site says, write within 30 days and you get your money back; a refunded key stops verifying in later builds. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which begins with the download of the key and which you consent to waive at checkout by starting the download; the checkout says so before you pay.

What it is not

yourfinance is record-keeping and risk-arithmetic software. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, it recommends no security, and it places no orders. You remain responsible for every trade and every figure you rely on. Options involve substantial risk of loss.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

Law and seller

The seller and the applicable law are given in the imprint. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
